Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping throughout the U.S. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped unforeseeable events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
We currently offer Standard | 2-3 Business Day shipping for $8.99. No signature required.
Free shipping on all orders over $75.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of the original payment, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.
Used a coupon code? No problem! We are now accepting returns using coupon codes unless otherwise stated. Note the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors.
Please note that all Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel is processed.
Refunds require roughly 3-5 business days to process however, we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank has varying processing times.
